The Northern Ireland legacy Bill. Wow.

A metric for critical thinking on policy matters.

The King, Charles III, is Head of The British State.

Occupying Government of The United Kingdom Power are the current Conservative Majority. They can do whatever they like. To all intents and purposes, they and their sponsors are a hyper-dominant influence on the machinery of State.

They exercise a dominant control of the Legislature.

Untouchable. Johnson jumped ship before he was planked. A tactical move.

No scandal can now impede the canoe this State and it's Government are furiously paddling us all up shit creek. 'Refugees in small boats are criminals, it's an invasion'. So they claim. And it is a lie. We all know this. They will never admit - to publicly admit to deliberate harm causation, to be held accountable is to cede power, and that they will never, ever do. Brace yourselves. For more deliberate cruelty.

Oh, yes, this week the memories associated with Windrush Generation of Immigrants to England, 75 years ago. 'Hostile Environment' has a history, a continuity.

Deliberate Cruelty.

There's a pattern emerging.

The Northern Ireland legacy Bill reveals this too.

#mindblown

Deliberate cruelty. Prove me wrong. Please.

Update : Guardian 20/12/23 reports that the Irish Government launching legal action to challenge the imposition of the NIT Bill.
--

"Ireland is to initiate a legal challenge against the UK government’s legislation to deal with the legacy of the Northern Ireland Troubles.

Ireland’s deputy premier, Micheál Martin, said the interstate case would argue that the provisions of the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Act 2023 were incompatible with the UK’s obligations under the European convention on human rights.

The act received royal assent in September despite widespread opposition from political parties, victims’ organisations in Northern Ireland and the Irish government.

Aspects of the law include a limited form of immunity from prosecution for Troubles-related offences for those who cooperate with the new Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR).

The new act will also halt future civil cases and legacy inquests.

A number of Troubles victims and family members are supporting a legal challenge against aspects of the act at Belfast high court.

Martin said: “This decision was taken after much thought and careful consideration. I regret that we find ourselves in a position where such a choice had to be made.

“However, the decision by the British government not to proceed with the 2014 Stormont House agreement and instead pursue legislation unilaterally, without effective engagement with the legitimate concerns that we, and many others, raised left us with few options.

“The British government removed the political option, and has left us only this legal avenue.”

Details of the NIT Bill :  Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill

I had no idea.

Buried in my own little rabbit hole. I had no idea. So I peeked out into another rabbit hole. I learned a lot.

On Thursday I view two documentaries on The Troubles, the civil war in Northern Ireland that Wass maintained for 30 years and more.

I was looking for video of Patrick Kielty, who has been selected as the new presenter for RTE flagship Saturday Night Light Entertainment Talk Show, The Late Late Show. He's a stand up comedian by trade, and well respected for his work in maintaining a healing space among the divided of Northern Ireland. His father was shot dead when he was a teenager.

He is a Survivor, he is one of the real lived experience of this social experience people, this subject in the real.

He made a documentary 'My dad, The Peace Deal, and Me' which drew the threads of on his own experience, and through meeting others, listening to their version of events, on all sides, calm in spite of disagreements. Honest, moving.

So many people suffered so much avoidable harm.

The second film I watched was the story of Father Alex Reid, who created a flow of communication between the warring parties, a vital effort in bringing peace to Northern Ireland.

So many people suffered so much avoidable harm.

So many people: How does one count the impact across an entire population, who will need full support to recover over time, from the continuing multi-generational cycle of trauma, and who deserve it. No question. So many generous ordinary persons, citizens, families, communities who want a healthy resolution. Impeded by a State that is opposed to that. Clearly.

The Lords debate on recent Govt. Amendments to this Bill is interesting, it can be read here.  Tinkering with the engine, adjusting some of the fairing, but the engine is a dirty, polluting harmful thing.

Amnesty International had this to say about it.

"What does the NI Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill mean?

Over decades, there has been a piecemeal approach to dealing with the past. Many victims are still waiting for justice. The UK Government is now betraying those victims by permanently removing any chance of truth, justice and accountability. The Bill protects perpetrators and means that if they give an account of conflict related events best to their knowledge and belief, that they will be given immunity from prosecution.

For example, if they confess to murdering someone during the Troubles conflict, they will be given impunity.

What is wrong with the NI Troubles Bill exactly then?

Put simply, A LOT. If the Bill comes into place, it will:

- Give impunity to murderers, and those responsible for torture
- Block victims from accessing justice via legal action
- Be a significant interference in the justice system
- Breach the Good Friday Agreement
- Go against existing agreements between the UK and Irish Governments and NI Political Parties on legacy
- Create a two-tier justice system in the UK
- Fail to deliver human rights compliant investigations
- Set a deeply concerning international precedent - signalling to other States that they too can ignore their human rights obligations.

~

In short, there has been an imperfect and tortoiseian paced State and Civil Society healing and recovery process underway across the Northern Ireland population, for decades. Civic organisations, Community Voluntary networks, health care provision, stability in education, building on proven process, driven by Survivors presenting the evidence of what works to bring recovery, peace, stability of relationships, community. It's not a rapid process. It could and really should be strengthened and accelerated.. how long must people harmed in the last 40 years remain short of justice, accountability and reparations. Is there a plan to delay as older survivors pass on? Is it that dark?

The State is not hearing, the State refusing to see the evidence, and the State is never mentioning this body of work, lived experience in post war resolution of harms caused cannot pass the three monkey gate.

The British Government is well beyond dragging it's heels, on upholding the Human Rights of the citizens of Northern Ireland, The United Kingdom and those of Irish citizens who have been adversely harmed by war violence. Citizens, who in good faith, who seek not revenge but justice, accountability, closure, resolution, towards a renewed social solidarity in line with the understanding, born of the lived experience, a body of evidence of how to live well, together.

This is nothing a democratic State should fear or impede.

But it does.

The implementation of work to repair, in the aftermath of a protracted state of war and daily violence, is always a matter of learning more through direct lived experience. The solutions are found in the intentions of the Survivors, in meeting the un-met needs of the Survivor population, a demographic who wish sincerely to end the cycles of violence in their own lifetimes.

Accountability for harms caused is part of that process. It has to be. Evidence, justice, accountability and prevention, for decent human beings harmed during decades of violence, all of it avoidable. Peace is more than the absence of War.

For this British State, the approach, this dynamic is all ends with the eventual inevitable passing of the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill.

70 Plus Majority. They can do what they like.

And their proposal?

No more public criminal liability for those who caused harm, disabling and murdering, wounding and terrorising, especially if the purported defendants were working for the British State - their confession will be archived, they will receive immunity from prosecution. Their Crimes will be noted. Survivors will be 'compensated'.

Survivors can add their stories, and record the impacts upon their lives of the harms they endured: 'impact statements'  to the national archive. Thus the impact is duly recorded, filed and archived. That way the Survivor population can contribute to and write their history, bringing to light the complexity of the situation.  Presumably to lead to greater understanding, that would prevent future outbreaks of political violence. Make NI Safe Again!

It's a kind of weird 'show and tell' vs 'show and tell' where the criminals are the winners, and so too are the survivors - except it's not that - it is an attack on the entire Survivor Population adversely afflicted by British State Militarised Politicised Violence."

We're ALL Winners?

Nobody wins in war.

Peace is more than the absence of War.

Honesty all 'round. Honesty is the best policy!

Fine.

Vlad. The Invader. Putin in the ICCS? Such sorrow for the Ukrainian people, all lovely decent folk, innocent and now being victimised by bullies.

Putin in the ICCs!?

There's more room at the Inn. 'Ternational Criminal Court, Vlad.

There's no doubt on this, the Military Invasion by Russia into Ukraine is a criminal venture. It is the Crime of Aggression, the supreme War Crime. It is known as the supreme war crime, in that it generates the basis of all the subsequent criminal events associated with that act of aggression. The entire command structure prosecuting this war are war criminals. Putin is not the only one.

What must we citizens do? How do we support Russian citizens who, understanding this, wish to stop this war from within Russia and indict Mr. Putin and his colleagues?

Russia state television employee Marina Ovsyannikova, who ran on to the set of a live broadcast shouting: ‘Stop the war. No to war’, which millions of Russians will have seen. Such incredible courage in the work place. No one in the BBC, ITV, C4, CNN, FOX NEWS, etc has ever dared to do such a thing.

But to do it in Russia? This video is the recorded statement of Marina to her fellow Russians and to the world.

Some polish workers are blockading freight routes from Poland into Belarus and Russia.

A an article circulating on line :  Polish Protest Blocks traffic into Belarus and Russia.

Polish demonstrators have blocked the path of lorries with Russian and Belarusian number plates trying to cross into Belarus, according to a report by broadcaster TVN24.

The action led to a traffic jam stretching 10km at the Koroszczyn border crossing.

Many of the protesters waved Ukrainian flags, indicating their support for that country which came under Russian attack on February 24.

Some of the attacking troops started the assault from Belarusian territory.

The truckers caught in the action protested that the war had nothing to do with them.

Meanwhile, on the way out, opposite direction, and under extreme duress, a flow of refugees:

Refugees, seeking refuge from extreme violence:  people driving away, fleeing in buses, walking on their feet, carrying whatever they had time to grab, frightened, in shock, sad, grieving, exhausted, and holding it together, with courage and grace and strength and kindness, and so much pain, such vast harm, unbelievable and real.

It's so sad, such sorrow, for any individual being put through all of this, and in this situation, today, multiplied by tens of millions. So many people, 40 million, so profoundly harmed.

Entire families, streets, villages, towns, farms in shattered, shocked, grief stricken, angered, outraged, in pain, confused, bereft, made penniless by a useless war, broken and still, even still holding it together, caring for children and elders.

War is a beast, most decent humans are beauty and they ought never meet. Ever. Better they be strangers, than acquaintances. But this culture makes frequent such associations.

Invasion is a horrible act.

Putin, and the entire government co-operating to prosecute this war are War Criminals, no question.

There is a chain of command, there is a bureaucracy, a wide network of individuals and agencies all doing their bit to make it work. They have names, titles, official responsibilities, areas of culpable liability-all answerable to the people they harm, and to their own, of course.

Ordinary citizens unjustly trapped by accident of birth in the line of a military advance, totally innocent, people who would never dream of causing harm to anyone, ordinary citizens…harmed by leaders, lies and a hierarchy ugly enough to do this to ordinary people.

It’s disgusting, and Mr. Putin and the Russian state must be held accountable as War Criminals, before the Ukrainians, the people they have harmed so gruesome, as they trampled over such tender communities as people ever lived, and laid waste the life of a people.

For any readers looking to learn more about the Laws prohibiting War, here's a blog piece I wrote in 2008

And a song to go with this:

To the tune of 'Sitting on the dock of the bay"

Sitting in the dock at The Hague,
Putin should be siting there in dread,
Watching the judges walk in.
Watching them walk back out again.
He sent the orders from Moscow,
That’s when he should have stopped,
His order was evil and sour,
Cruelty at pace, unlocked

Sitting in the dock at The Hague,
Putin should be siting there in shame,
Hearing the judgement clear,
Looking at his cell wall for years.

Which would be getting off *Lightly, we'd say
Getting off *Lightly, his lucky day
Getting off *Lightly, judged clear
Clearly guilty of War Crimes.

Sitting in the dock at The Hague,
They should be siting there in chains,
Hearing the judgement clear,
Looking at clean cell wall,
For their remaining years.

*To be allowed to live at all is 'getting off lightly'.

By comparison to the harm caused.

There is no punishment that meets that criminality.

Incarceration is part of prevention. A warning that civilian populations will incarcerate any political leaders who initiate war, who commit war crimes.

People must hold warlords to account. There is no alternative resolution to this problem.

Wealth as a Political Hegemon, Brexit, War Crimes and Private Cities

What really drives Brexit?

Put it another way.

Pose a pertinent, topical question about what is happening across Earth's States at this time.

What is the largest scale global scale dynamic event that is happening? Change and resistance to change?

With climate change and particulate air pollution now proven, with the need for meaningful social and material action to address the harms these present, who are the people who would fear potential class actions and intense state and international regulation to address the accumulated harms and to prevent further harms?

Who is responsible for the most harms in these areas?

Who has known of these harms for decades and done nothing about it, and worse has actively impeded or denied knowledge, understanding and remedial action that is need on these matters?

Wealth as a Political Hegemon, a dictatorship, a tyranny.

When it comes to Wealth as a political party, a global hegemon, the extractive industries are the largest group, or faction, and they have huge influence over politicians, globally, through the wealth they deploy as a political weapon that serves their interests and frequently undermines the interests of ordinary working folk and the stability and survival of indigenous nations.

Iraq had many layers of purpose, one of which was a 'war for Oil'.

Oligarchy and War as a utility.

Iraq, Libya and Syria are cases of administering a very public beating, a demonstration to any that might imagine standing up to the global bullies.

If that Wealth is threatened, if the extractive industry Oligarchy are forced to spend their profits on preventing harms, if they are regulated to pay for the previous harms of the externalised costs of their activities, then their industries will cease to be profitable, and they will also lose their political power.

What would they do to avoid that?

How far would they go?

How far to the ruling class of any oppressive situation go?

Israeli Apartheid.

We only need to see what is happening in Israel, what the Israeli State and Military are doing every day, 24/7 to Palestinian people. That is how far the Ruling Class of the Israeli State is willing to go.

They will murder, bomb, evict, demolish, close off, entomb, shoot, imprison, starve and in what ever way they can devise, extirpate a people whose tenure on the lands of Palestine is proven, undoubted, long established.

We only need to see what happened in England as the covid19 epidemic rolled in, and on. They rejected Zero Community Transmission strategy, which is proven to prevent more harm than the let spread and try to control the spread policy.

Take a look at two interesting takes on this, with regards to interfering with Democracy.

Extractive Industry pre-empting State legislation on Climate, Environment, Pollution.

Charles Koch and Gina Rinehart, Robert and Rebekah Mercer and others associated with the extractive industrial complex have been and are funding the organisation and activities of a myriad of think tanks, lobby groups, media campaigns and the operations of adverse election influence in 68 countries, covering more than 100 elections, deploying digital microtargeting campaigns interlaced with traditional electioneering methods in order to alter peoples perception and behaviour.

SCL, a company involved in 'Electioneering' as a business, and the countries they worked in.

Politically motivated grooming operations directed against populations in order to inhibit democratic regulation of their industries. Both SCL and Cambridge Analytica have been shut down by their owners. The people who staffed them have moved on to other similar operations and the business of influence continues apace, not least with regards to COVID19 misinformation and lobbying in support of Governments rejecting zero community transmission strategies.

Brexit, Bolsonaro and Trump

Brexit  and the election of Trump in USA and of Bolsonaro in Brazil, among many others involving embedded news media political grooming operations via traditional media, and in the latter stages deploying industrial scale digital micro targeting operations designed to alter voters and non-voters behaviour through the repeated use of emotional trigger content, amygdala hacking and neuro-marketing propaganda techniques at an industrial scale. Grooming.

Setting international precedent at the state level by breaking treaties unilaterally. Walking away from Climate Agreements. Disposing of environmental regulations to protect wilderness.

The same networks funding and organising covid misinformation campaigns and anti-zero community transmission strategy lobbying globally.  Grooming.

An alternative to the State - the Private City

Free Cities  - a campaign to create Privatised City States, the future of liberalism for the next century and beyond that are run by Corporations, as locations to park Wealth and to evade Democratic State regulation and and to undermine State taxation systems that fund social programs, health care, education for the grass roots.

A libertarian utopia where wealth as a political hegemon is recreated as a protected species - protected from democratic, evidence led regulation and taxation.

Charles Koch, a fossil fuel industry leader worth an estimated $47.5 Billion believes in a world with no taxes, no health service, no state pension, no minimum wage, no sick leave, no disability support, no welfare system, no police, no foreign aid, no financial or climate change regulation.

“The Sovereign Individual” by William Rees-Mogg and James Dale Davidson, published in 1997 articulates this ideology. Published as Blair took a Thatcherite version of the English Labour Party into the 21st Century, his policy position laid the ground work for the destruction of the social contract where the State acts with a duty of care to the citizen.

Rees-Mogg & Davidson’s dystopian vision, along with the condensed edition of Hayek’s Road to Serfdom’ (PDF download), published in 1945 are considered pivotal texts of the ‘bible’ of the NeoLiberal or Libertarian authoritarian-right, the alt right etc.

Following the doctrines in these books, powerful libertarians all over the world including the controversial Peter Thiel, Koch, Rinehart and many others are working with much energy to introduce, implement and expand the radical concept of Enterprise Cities in various formats known as SEZ’s, Charter Cities, Freeports and ZEDE’s.

Moneyland

"Moneyland is a country I invented; it doesn't exist in the way that any normal country does. But it's basically the place where you can put your money, you can put your reputation, you can put your children, if you are rich enough to afford it services. And it is essentially a hybrid country that exists outside of ordinary nation-states, where the reach, the power of law enforcement, doesn't stretch to. So essentially, it's a secret country, a private country for anyone rich enough to afford its services, and it's essentially government, sort of, of the rich, for the rich, by the rich."

Oliver Bullough, Author of  Moneyland:
Why Thieves and Crooks Now Rule the World and How To Take It Back

Quote taken from this interview with NPR.

https://www.npr.org/2019/05/01/719001286/moneyland-reveals-how-oligarchs-kleptocrats-and-crooks-stash-fortunes

China - the exception?

Whereas China is doing the exact opposite!  China is by no means perfect. No such state of perfection exists in the industrialised world at this stage of development, globally. The entire industrial system has huge dysfunctionality, not least in the areas of externalised costs.

Nonetheless, China is embarking on a remarkable program of alleviating poverty, expanding health care and education, eradicating destitution and imposing strict transparency on the activities of commercial corporations to detect, punish and prevent corruption and in that way reduce the harms associated with corporate fraud and other externalised costs.

War Crimes

The invasion of Iraq, a sovereign State, in 2003 was a War of Aggression. As such it was the supreme War Crime, the Act of Aggression, which contains all war crimes within it.

Two States are most culpable in the commission of this War Crime  - England and The United States of America, who drew on NATO states and others to provide 'assistance'.

It follows that the political leaders who drove the prosecution of this crime are War Criminals, and their administrations and Military Chiefs are also War Criminals, and that the civilian officials and the News Media that ran propaganda in support of this War Crime are all liable under the Laws that prohibit Wars of Aggression for conduct ancillary to the commission of a War Crime.

Nobody has been indicted for these War Crimes.

Israel is engaged in war crimes on a daily basis and is allowed to operate with utter impunity.

In England, the Labour Party is the primary political organisation responsible for the move to wage war against Iraq. As such it is a War Criminal entity, until it finds the courage to indict those Labour politicians who prosecuted the War against Iraq.  The English Government likewise is a war criminal entity.

The English Government 'stands with Israel. Starmer is a Zionist, by his own words - but does he even understand what he is saying? Does Starmer understand? Is that why he persecuted Julian Assange while he was DPP,  and now refuses to come to Assange aid as he languishes in an English jail cell, accused of no crime? Because he understands all too well his role as a member of the Establishment?

There is a group with the Labour Party who have been protecting Tony Blair ever since 2006.  Starmer is part of that group, a Johnny come lately to the Blairite war criminal collective.

Protecting a known war criminal.

Ugly....

Brexit 101, and an odd thing.

There's a HUGE problem here and I want to open up about it.

Grooming and Manipulation

As long as the polarised leave/remain dynamic is dominant among media and politicians, and others, and the people who are being triggered and enervated are seeking to 'win', on all sides, no one is acknowledging that they have been groomed, gaslighted and emotionally manipulated to hate the other side.

That's a serious vulnerability.

I see people on both sides dehumanising the other as a result.

It's appalling behaviour.

It is THE problem, here, not the decision itself.

We have been socially conditioned to not see manipulative bullying when it happens, and we are unable to name it, and confront it it our offices, and our civil and political lives.

So here's the way forwards...

..... taking back control 101

We the grass roots want and deserve an honesty in political, civil and economic policy design, implementation and review.

The problems are not of the EU alone.

They are of the existing hierarchicaly system of power, currently occupied by a small minority of local and global oligarchs placemen.

Putting Tony Blair and all who voted and promoted for the Invasion of Iraq on trial would be my version of #takingbackcontrol #nowthatswhaticalltakingbackcontrol

It's not on the Brexit menu,

How odd!

We the people, the grass roots taxpayers and voters and non voters all deserve honesty and transparent in political and civil administration.

That much we can all agree on.

How odd!

Thank you for reading this blog. All we need to do is be really honest, responsive to the evidence we find, and ready to reassess when new evidence emerges. The rest is easy.

Brexit, Blair, Bolton and The ICC - The Healing Powers of Prosecution

Iraq is never far from my mind.

The Healing Powers of Prosecution.

Last year, in July 2017, an Iraqi citizen's attempt to bring a private prosecution against Tony Blair for War crimes was rejected, because the "High court rules that there is no crime of aggression in English law under which former PM could be charged".

"The decision blocks an attempt by a former Iraqi general, Abdulwaheed al-Rabbat, to bring a private war crimes prosecution against the former Labour leader."

John Bolton , National Security Advisor to President Trump, tipped as the next US Ambassador to the UN, has this week threatened the ICC, it's officials, funding and infrastructure with direct material reprisals if they pursue any American citizen or military personnel for War Crimes, anywhere. "The ICC is dead to us.." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZkXVqHMzV4 And here, an history of John Boltons criticisms of the ICC. John is a nice man, but tough, he'd have us all believe. He is, of course, a Patriot. He softly says, "The ICC is dead to us.." speaking for the US State, the way a 'compassionated' christian right winger semi-ideologue would to an errant son or daughter, who had become athiest, and was being disowned ... the drama, the guile, the guilt tripping..... all to mask a heart of stone, an intent towards evil. Nice man, nasty behaviour? Charm, and presentation skills. So what is the ICC? How does it relate to the UK, and why does no-one in the Brexit Camp speak of the ICC in the same tones as John Bolton?

The ICC is a European project, based on European Human Rights Legislation and International War Law. Surely the Brexiteers would be delighted to see that go, yet they rarely mention it. That is a bit odd. As if they did not want to talk about it. The ICC is convened and instituted under the Rome Statute of The International Criminal Court, and is the recognised International Court where War Crimes, Genocide, etc are prosecuted.
The ICC has been ratified under international treaty by 132 of 195 States. The USA is a signatory, but has not ratified the ICC.
.

The UK is a signatory and has ratified the ICC, by international treaty, and the International Criminal Court Act of 2001 did integrate the ICC and it's procedures into UK Statute Law, in the aftermath of the Pinochet debacle. Tony Blair over saw this. I bet he regrets it now.... His role in Brexit is divisive, and he is fixated on using the Remain extreme to undermine Corbyn and the democractic emergence within the Labour movement. Whilst the judgement of the High Court (see above) is technically correct, it is in fact misleading, and therefore wrong.

An ICC investigation and indictment can be initiated here in the UK. Once indicted, the defendant is trasferred to the Juridstriction of the ICC. Because there is no Statute Law to prosecute a War Crime in English or Welsh Law. Obviously. I repeat , the investigation can be initated in the UK, in England, and if it leads to an indictment, the prosecution will happen at The Hague, and thus the indicted defendants are transferred to The Hague for actual prosecution.
I think some people are very worried, very worried indeed. Who is worried, and why?
Jeremy Corbyn is among the few leading active politicians who has suggested that War Crimes investigations into Iraq are a necessity for the UK State to regain it's honour. He has some support among the populatioon for this. Indeed, the evidence we already have demands it, and nothing less.

However, we have a problem. Here it is.
1. The fact is that unless the next Goverment has the support of an active grass roots across the country and also within the Civil Service, Military, Police and Justice Systems, and the News media, this cannot succeed.

2. A leader or party cannot do this on their own. They needs us, the entire taxpaying population, not just cheering on, but materially active, ensuring that the Establishment do not derail the process - people power as a restraint on those who would wish to avoid accountability, and justice...

3. The list of people to be prosecuted is long. Think about it, all the high officials who acted, knowing that there were no weapons of mass destruction, and that the action itself was an illegal act of the War of Aggression. All the pundits, the editords, the media owners who dictated the agenda to support the war, the mercenary companies, the supply companies, the contractors of war.

4, A divided electorate, an ideologically divided population, groups who are being trolled to target each other, to hate each other, to fear each other, in our own communities, the distractions of debt, poverty, property ladders, Brexit, Control and Love Island. This is the situation we have been quite deliberately manipulated into. That manipulation, the fact of it, is a far greater problem than the Austerity Brexit it spewed onto our communities. I digress.

5.Jeremy Corbyn is the only leading politician in the UK whom I am aware of that has said in public that he supports War Crimes investigations, indictments and what flows from the evidence trail.#

6. The entire Establishment will resist this with all their might.

7. How far do you think thay are capable of going to prevent this?

8. Are we strong enough as a population to do this?

9. Am I strong enough to do this?
10. Are you?
11. It needs to be done.

Kindest regards
